Refund Policy for Apollo G++ and Lunar Primal Bots
We want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase, and the quality and performance of our bots are guaranteed. However, please note that refunds are issued only if the bot fails to make any profitable trades within the first week of usage.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will only be issued if the bot does not generate any profitable trades in the first 7 days after activation.
- To request a refund, you must provide clear evidence (such as trading logs or account history) showing that no profitable trades occurred during this period.
- Please email your refund request, including the required documentation, to info@theforexfitness.com. This quick and simple step will help us process your request efficiently.
Cancellations
All of our bots are made to order and customized for each user. If you wish to cancel your order before activation, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Once the bot is activated and begins trading, refunds are only possible under the conditions outlined above.
Damaged/Quality Issues
If you experience any issues with bot performance or technical errors, please include screenshots and a detailed description of the issue in your email to info@theforexfitness.com. We will troubleshoot the problem and find a solution for you.
Important Notes:
- General Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for general dissatisfaction or personal trading performance beyond the specified conditions.
- Non-Refundable: Membership fees, donations, tips, and any add-ons associated with the bots are non-refundable.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other available methods depending on your location.
